Udhayanidhi Stalin Biography

Udhayanidhi Stalin is an Indian film producer and a film distributor. He has also acted in some films of Tamil language. He distributes films under his own banner Red Giant Movies.

Udhayanidhi Stalin was born on 27^th November 1977 in Chennai in Tamil Nadu. He belongs to a big political family and his grandfather M. Karunanidhi was the ex-Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. His father’s name is M. K. Stalin and his mother’s name is Durga Stalin. He has one sister named Senthamarai. He is married to Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi. The couple has a son named Inbanithi and a daughter named Tanmaya. His wife Kiruthiga is the proprietor and editor in chief of the Chennai based monthly lifestyle magazine called Inbox 1305.

He started his first film production through the film Kuruvi starring Vijay. Then he produced the films Aadhavan starring Suriya, Manmadan Ambu starring Kamal Hassan, 7aam Arivu starring Suriya, Neerparavai starring Vishnu Vishal and Oru Kal Oru Kannadi in which he himself acted in the lead role.

He has distributed some films including Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, Madrasapattinam, Boss Enkira Bhaskaran, Mynaa, Ko, Maveeran, The Dark Knight Rises and Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya.
