Siddharth Mallya Biography 
Siddharth Mallya, also known as Sid Mallya is a businessman and an aspiring actor. Quite popular in the media, he is better known as the son of Vijay Mallya, the chairman of UB Group, who runs the successful alcoholic beverage business in India. Vijay Mallya also owns the IPL cricket team Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Siddharth works as its director. Sid regularly appears to promote his team in IPL and remains in limelight. Siddharth Mallya is a model and a television host, who was raised primarily in Britain. He has been a marketing manager for Guinness, a drinks company.
Siddharth has always remained in limelight and has been linked to many celebrities of Bollywood – from Deepika Padukone to Katrina Kaif. He briefly dated Deepika Padukone in 2011. A style icon and young businessman, Siddharth Mallya has received several awards including GQ Men of The Year Awards 2011 – Most stylish man in India, Hello! India Hall of Fame Awards 2010 – Celebutante of the year, India's Sexiest Bachelor 2012 – Top 5 and many more. Mallya is now planning to take his showbiz career seriously and is currently doing a Master’s degree in acting in prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London. He has appeared in two international short films earlier.
Mallya was born in Los Angeles, California in 1987. Indian businessman Vijay Mallya and former air hostess Samira Mallya are his parents. He was brought up in England and Dubai, where he completed his education. After graduation he worked as an assistant brand manager on Guinness for one year. In 2010, he became the director of the IPL team RCB, owned by his father and since then he has been a topic of media. He was regularly spotted with actress Deepika Padukone in those days, which kept him in limelight. He has also done ramp walks and acted as a judge for many fashion shows.
