Shikhar Malhotra Biography 
Shikhar Malhotra is a business executive who currently serves as the Vice Chairman of HCL Healthcare. He is better known as the better half of Roshni Nadar, business executive who currently serves as the Executive Director and the CEO of HCL Enterprise. Thus Shikhar is the son-in-law of Shiv Nadar – the founder of HCL and his wife Kiran Nadar - Indian art collector and philanthropist. Shikhar founded the Shiv Nadar Schools in 2012. He is settled in Delhi with his wife Roshni, and two sons - Armaan and Jahaan. Shikhar also serves as the Director & Board Member of HCL Corporation, whose current value is around $8 billion.
Shikhar was born in North India and raised in Kuwait. He completed his undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship from Babson College. After his marriage to Roshni Nadar, he is settled in Delhi. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of HCL Healthcare, and is also a Trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation which started SSN College of Engineering in Chennai, and many other educational institutions. He is associated with many organizations founded by his father-in-law Shiv Nadar. HCL Healthcare began its operations in 2014 in Delhi and it aims to address primary health needs. Shikhar has led the organization since its inception and controls over all functions of the firm.
He started Shiv Nadar Schools in 2012, which currently have been opened in Faridabad, Noida and Gurgaon. Shiv Nadar Foundation mainly focuses on education and starting schools and other educational institutions. He is also associated with VidyaGyan, a leadership academy for the meritorious, underprivileged, rural students of Uttar Pradesh.
