Nisaba Adi Godrej Biography 
Nisaba Adi Godrej born in 1978, in Mumbai is the Executive Director of Godrej Consumer Products. She is currently on the boards of Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., Godrej Agrovet and Teach for India. Nisa as she is popularly known takes care of the company's strategy and human resources functions for Godrej Industries and associated companies, is willing to work long hours.
Nisa is the younger daughter of Adi Godrej the Chairman of Godrej Group and the great-granddaughter of co-founder Pirojsha Godrej who is the one who founded the Group with his brother in 1897. Nisaba has a BS degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is passionate about girl's education, the human mind, design, trekking and equestrian sports. She lives in Mumbai with her husband Kalpesh Mehta and son Zoran Mehta.
Nisa took over as the President of Human Capital and Innovation for Godrej Industries Ltd. since April 1, 2010. She served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development at Godrej Industries Ltd. Nisa has been instrumental in setting up a strategy cell for Godrej leading the company by her well planned strategy initiatives. She has been working hard in the process of selection and hiring of top management for her group. Nisa has a special focus on Godrej group's agricultural and consumer products portfolios.
Nisa has worked hard during the last decade and for her Godrej Industries’ portfolio has been an integral part of its strategic planning and execution. She has focused on the areas of management strategy, human capital management, marketing, brand development and business turnaround. And in the process she has successfully created a team of persons like Mark Kahn, Farah Nathani-Menzies, Abhishek Modi, Vivek Gambhir, Tarun Khanna, Nadir for Godrej. Nisa says she wants an open culture and needs to be a free thinking group in order to touch the newer heights.
