Mugdha Godse is a model and actress of Hindi cinema. She debut with woman oriented movie, Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion in the year 2008, that won many National and Filmfare awards. She appeared in supporting role as a supermodel in this movie. Through she has appeared in many movies, she is still known for her debut movie, though the role was small. She received two Filmfare nominations for the same role, best debutant as well as supporting actress, though she couldn’t win it. Now she is one of the judges of a Marathi reality show, Marathi Paul Padte Pudhe. Godse was a semi-finalist at the Femina Miss India 2004 competition. She won the Gladrags Mega Model Contest in 2002. She was also chosen Miss Body Beautiful 2002 title in the same event. She has also appeared in a few music videos like Koka Tera Koka of Jassi, Mauja Len De of Daler Mehndi, Le Kar Hum Deewana Dil remix, Chhup Chhup Khade Ho of Jagdish Mali and Jab Chaye Mera Jadoo with Irfan Pathan. She has also appeared in a couple of Punjabi music videos.

Mugdha was born on 26 July 1986 in a middle class family of Maharashtra. Her home town is Pune. She was doing odd jobs like oil selling before she entered modelling and films. Gladrags Mega Model Hunt of 2002 and Miss India contest two years later provided her with big breaks to modelling and film industry. In her debut movie too, she appeared as successful model. Her television ads of Airtel aside Shah Rukh Khan and Close up ad are most popular ones.

As an actress, Fashion was her big break. After that she appeared in All The Best: Fun Begins, a successful comedy movie aside Ajay Devgan, Sanjay Dutt and a group of well known actors. Other movies are Will You Marry Me?, Jail, Heroine and Help. In 2013, she did an item number in Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns.
