Kanjiramattom is located 27 km southeast of Kochi and is noted for the Sheik Fariddudin Mosque and Arayankavu Temple. This mosque is popular for its Kodikuthu which is celebrated in the month of January every year. It is one of the colorful festivals of Kerala. This is also known as Chandanakkudam festival.
