Natadreeswarar Temple also called Nattaatru Eeswaran Kovil is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is located on the small hillock island inside the river Cauvery.

 

This temple was constructed about 3000 years ago by the Chola kings for the deity named Agastheeswarar. The Athee tree within the premises of the temple is believed to be 3000 years old. The temple could be reached by the buses that run between Erode to Pasur. Ferry services are available to reach the temple.
