This is one of the famous temples in Tamil Nadu and is located on NH209. Kundam festival is the famous festival celebrated here during March-April and thousands of devotees from all over Tamil Nadu gather here during that time.

It is open to public from 5.30 A.M. to 9 P.M. and four poojas, Kalasanthi, Uchikalam, Sayaratchai and Anthasamam are conducted every day.
