Eechanari Vinayagar Temple is located on Pollachi Road and was an ancient temple built in 1500 A.D. The deity of the temple is 6 feet tall and 3 feet wide. The kumbabishekham was held in 1990. The festival times like Tamil New Year, Saraswati Pooja, Deepavali, Karthigai Deepam, Pongal, Vinayakar Sathurthi and Thai Poosam are celebrated here in a grand manner.
