Vinod Singh Biography

Vinod Singh is a noted model and actor associated with Hindi television industry. He is best known for playing the title role in show Ayushmaan. He is also a successful model, and also seen in Bollywood movies – Stumped, Hum Tum and Daughter. He was featured in Babul Supriyo's music video Sochta hoon uska dil, which made him a star overnight. Associated with television serials since 1990s, he has been a part of more than two dozen television shows such as Hip Hip Hurray, Ayushmaan, Supercops vs Supervillains, Rishtey, Dil Se Dosti, Bahuraaniyan, Ye Meri Life Hai, Amber Dhara, Arjun, Mahima Shanidev Ki, Aye Dil-E-Nadaan, Princess Dollie Aur Uska Magic Bag, Ghar Ek Sapna, Man Mein Hai Visshwas, Daddy Samjha Karo, Gharwali Uparwali, Kagaar, Gubbare, Koi Jaane Kya Hoga, Yes or No, CID, Sssshhh...Phir Koi Hai etc.

Vinod Singh was born in Visakhapatnam of Andhra Pradesh to Malati Devi and Shrinath Singh. He has 4 siblings including one twin sister, and he is the youngest. His hobbies include music, dance, racing and adventurous games. He enjoys his life a lot. He did his education from Saint Francis D'Assisi High School Borivali, Mithibai College Mumbai and Terna Engineering College Nerul. He specialized in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.   

Vinod remained a successful model, and has been featured in more than 300 ads. He has worked as a model for some of the leading brands of Indian products such as Close Up, Coca-Cola, Frooti, Onida, Nerolac Paints, Hero Honda, Sony Cyber-shot etc. In 2003, he was seen in Babul Supriyo's music video Sochta hoon uska dil, which helped him to gain foot in the industry. Ye Meri Life Hai, Amber Dhara and Ghar Ek Sapna are among his noted television roles, apart from lead role in Ayushmaan.
