Sudeepa Pinky Biography

Sudeepa Pinky is the screen name of Sudeepa Raparthi who is a part of south Indian films. She is an actress, who predominantly works in Telugu films. She is a trained classical dancer too, who performed on stage for the first time in the tender age of 3. Both her parents are classical dancers. Her acting career began in the mid-1990s, where she started off as a child artist, and later moved to supporting roles. She mostly portrays supporting roles onscreen. Amara Kaaviyam, Legend, Mr. Perfect, Ninnu Kalisaka, Nachavule, Anasuya, Viyyalavari Kayyalu, Maharathi, Bommarillu, Stalin, Athanokkade, 7G Rainbow Colony etc are some of her films, and she mostly portrays sister roles.

Sudeepa Raparthi was born on February 28, 1987 to Telugu speaking parents in Andhra Pradesh. She was born into a family of artists, with strong background in performing arts. Both her parents Raparthi Surya Narayana and Raparthi Satyavathi are classical dancers. She was initiated to the world of classical dance forms by her parents at a very young age, and she appeared on stage for the first time at the age of only three. Her grandfather Killadi Satyam Garu was also a classical dancer.

M. Dharmaraju M.A in 1994 marked her film debut as a child artist at the age of 7, and she was later seen in 1999 movie, Alludugaaru Vachcharu playing a teenager. She played Mahalakshmi's sister in this film. Since then has been regular in Telugu movies throughout 2000s and later. She has appeared in more than 30 films, belonging to Telugu and Tamil languages. But she is yet to play a meaty role in her career. She mostly plays sister roles onscreen, apart from a few cousin, nephew and friend roles.
