Siddharth Menon (actor) Biography

Siddharth Menon is an Indian actor from Kerala. An actor by choice, he mostly portrays character and supporting roles on screen. He grew up watching films in all languages which made him choose films as his career. He is also a well-known theatre actor and singer. He appears in Hindi, Marathi and English movies. He was most recently seen in Dulquer Salman’s debut Bollywood film, Karwaan where he played a cameo role of the bridegroom. He is fully associated with theatre productions too, and his most recent play in Aladdin in 2018 where he played the titular role.

Siddharth Menon was born on May 19, 1989 to Malayali Parents. He studied in the Gurukul School in Bhosalenagar where he was a lazy student. But during 10^th standard, he worked hard to earn good marks, and his name appeared in the first list of BMCC. He is a commerce graduate who passed out from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, Pune in 2010. Theatre culture was one major thing which he liked in BMCC. He always wanted to become a professional actor since young, and was was always inclined to be part of theatre. The actor turned an RJ for a radio station in 2017. He is open with any kind of experimental roles and has own accolades for his acting skills, preferably theatre.  

During college days, he concentrated on doing well with academics along with acting in various theatre performances. Initially, he worked with a theatre group called Askata and in the second year, he started Natak Company along with a few people with same opinion and attitude. His first film was Peddlers which was directed by Vasan Bala in 2011. The film got selected in Cannes. Ekulti Ek in 2012 marked his Marathi film debut. The actor also wants to work in Malayalam films.
