Sapna Chowdhary is a dancer and singer, best known for live stage performances. She is immensely popular for her dance moves, music videos and live performances, and has appeared as an item dancer for Bollywood movies, Veerey Ki Wedding, Nanu Ki Jaanu, Journey of Bhangover etc. She has a huge fan following crowd in India. She was a contestant of Big Boss 11, and the show helped her to earn a lot of popularity. Sapna is also an actress.

Sapna Chowdhary hails from Delhi. She was born in Najafgarh, a town in the South West Delhi district of Delhi. Choudhari was born on September 25, 1990. She belongs to a middle class family. Her father worked in a private company. Her father passed away when she was 18. To support her family financially, she decided to change her hobby to profession. She has been interested in singing and dancing since young, and to earn for the family she started dancing and singing in the capital city. Within a short period, she earned success and good income through her appearances. She also received offers from films to do item numbers, which she accepted.

Sapna is immensely popular for her dance movies. She started her career with an orchestra team from Haryana, and later performed with the team of rage artists. She appeared in ragged parties of Haryana, Delhi and neighbouring states initially. Later she appeared in a music video for the song, 'Song Body Re' from the album 'Solid Body Re' which changed her destiny. The song was an instant hit, and later she sang many songs and appeared in videos as well. She was most recently seen in the song 'Hata Ja Ta Ta' of Veerey Ki Wedding.
