Saadhika Randhawa Biography

Saadhika Randhawa is a former actress of Bollywood who was active in the 1990’s. She made her debut in 1997 with Saawan Kumar's "Salma Pe Dil Aa Gaya" opposite Ayub Khan. Though the movie was a flop its music was a huge hit and the debutant actress was noticed. Though she stayed in Bollywood for a while with a few releases, none of them were successful and later she moved to B-grade movies. Well established model, who was one among the finalists of Miss India contest 1994, Jesse Randhawa is her sister. Saadhika has also appeared in a few Bhojpuri, Telugu and Tamil movies. Bhojpuri movies - Pyar Ke Bandhan and Purab with Manoj Tiwari are commercial hits. Pandav opposite Ravi Kishan and Abhay Sinha’s Janam Janam Ka Saath are her upcoming Bhojpuri movies.

She has been featured in Daler Mehndi's popular music album Nabi Buba Nabi. Kaash... Aap Humaare Hote, Hafta Vasuli, Pyaasa, 2 October, Kaaboo, Ab Ke Baras, and Shikaar, Bullet: Ek Dhamaka are her other noted Bollywood releases.  She tried to comeback through a B-grade movie most recently. The movie was "Phir Tauba Tauba", but it was a flop too.

She was born in a Sikh family. Her father wanted her to become an engineer. But similar to her sister she too decided to enter film and glamour industry and the family supported her too. Randhawa won the Jaipur Queen's Crown in 1993. She made her film debut through Salma Pe dil aa gaya in 1997. Later she appeared in Govinda’s Shikaar, Ananth, Khujali etc. But she was not able to become successful and she moved to south. Again too, she failed in creating a niche of her own and returned back. But she got success in Bhojpuri movies.
