Reba Monica John Biography 
Reba Monica John is an upcoming actress of Mollywood who is to debut silver screen with the upcoming movie – ‘Jacobinte Swargarajyam'. She is to play the female lead opposite youth sensation - Nivin Pauly of Premam fame. Jacobinte Swargarajyam is directed by the youth sensation and talented filmmaker - Vineeth Sreenivasan. She is quite a familiar face to Malayalis. She has appeared in many television ads, apart from the talent hunt reality show ‘Midukki’ aired on Mazhavil Manorama. She was the second runnerup of the show – Midukki. She is also a successful ramp model who has walked for many leading fashion designers of the country.
She is born into a Christian family of Malayalam origin. She currently pursues her post-graduation from Christ University, Bengaluru. She is also busy with her modelling career at the same time. This aspiring actress got noticed for the first time through her outstanding performance in the talent hunt show of Mazhavil Manorama - ‘Midukki’ where she became one among the best three. As a successful ramp model, she got opportunity to work with ace fashion designer Rohit Bal for Ambika Pillai's salon inauguration. She has appeared in the TV ads of Indulekha and Dhatri beauty brands of Kerala.
She received her major break to acting through Vineeth Sreenivasan’s Jacobinte Swargarajyam. The movie also stars Renji Panicker, Sreenath Bhasi, Saikumar, Lakshmi Ramakrishnan, T.G. Ravi and Dinesh Prabhakar. Produced by Noble Babu Thomas, its music is scored by Shan Rehman who has been associated with Vineeth Sreenivasan for many films. Though the movie doesn’t belong to romance genre, it’s definitely a big break for this budding actress. It was cinematographer Jomon T John who suggested her name to the director. The movie is slated to release on 18 March 2016.
