Priyanshu Painyuli Biography

Priyanshu Painyuli is an Indian actor and model, best known for his works in Bollywood movies. He shot to fame after playing the role of Bhavesh Joshi in the film Bhavesh Joshi Superhero in 2018. The film directed by Vikram Motwani was released in 2018 and the film opened to positive reviews. But the film was not a big hit at box office. Priyanshu Painyuli has earlier played a few small roles on Bollywood screen such as Rock On 2 and Love At First Sight, both released in 2017.

Priyanshu Painyuli was born on 15 November 1987 in Delhi. Dehradun is his hometown. He later moved to Bangalore in 1995 where he got settled. Thus he was brought up in south Indian atmosphere. He worked as a model and also an assistant film director, before he forayed into acting in the year 2017. He made his acting debut with Manuja Tyagi's movie Love At First Sight. The film helped him to bag a noted role in Rock On 2, a sequel of 2008 film. He played the role of Shraddha Kapoor’s brother in Rock On 2 last year. He auditioned for the role in 2016.

But the movie which gave him exposure to entertainment world and popularity was Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, in 2018. He played the titular role of Bhavesh Joshi in the film, though it’s a supporting role. The movie belonged to the genre of superhero-vigilante films. The film released along with Veere Di Wedding was not a commercial success, though it received rave reviews. He has been involved with theater before he joined films and owns great passion towards the field.
