Nivas Adithan Biography 
Nivas Adithan is a film actor who appears in Tamil language films in lead and supporting roles. He is best known for his roles in Naanga (2012) and Kaaka Muttai (2015), both as supporting actor. Naanga was his debut flick, director Selva’s 25th film. Ula, Naadi Thudikuthadi, Kattam and Yaadhumaagi Nindraai are his upcoming movies. He also made appearance in Thanga Meenkal, Radiopetti, Paambhu Sattai, Sangili Bungili Kadhava Thorae and Taramani. His role as the jailed father of the children in critically acclaimed Kaaka Muttai (2015), remains in hearts of movie buffs, who watched the movie. His father Adithan has also worked in films.
Nivas Adithan was born to Adithan, an actor who worked in a few Tamil films. He was working at Reliance Petrochemicals in Jamnagar before he forayed to films. But to pursue a career in films, she returned to Chennai. He had to struggle for 8 long years to get an offer from Tamil movies. The first film was offered by director Selva in 2012. Nivas was casted as the male lead of Naanga. Actors - Sanjay Bharathi and Muneesh also marked their film debut. All the actors performed decent in the movie, and the movie produced a bunch of newcomers, and their performances got noticed. The movie received average reviews. However the movie was a flop at box office, and Nivas moved to character roles.
Nivas also did one film, Naadi Thudikuthadi. Shooting was completed. Yet the movie didn’t get a theatric release. Since then he played supporting roles and received success. He played brief roles in Thanga Meenkal, Radiopetti, Paambhu Sattai, Kaaka Muttai etc. He is regular with director Rajan Madhav’s films.
