Mohammad Ali Baig Biography 
Mohammad Ali Baig is a theatre personality and ad film maker. He also plays supporting roles in Indian films. He is the son of legendary theater personality Qadir Ali Baig from Hyderabad, and he founded the Qadir Ali Baig Theatre Foundation in Hyderabad in 2005 as a tribute to his father. He is also the founder-curator of Qadir Ali Baig Theatre Festival of Hyderabad, one of the most prestigious theatre festivals in the country. Currently Mohammed is a leading theater personality from India, often referred to as 'Global Face of Hyderabadi Theatre', 'Sultan of Epics' and 'Master of Revival' by media. In 2014, he was honoured by Padma Shri by government of India for his contributions to the field of Indian theater.
Mohammad Ali Baig hails from Hyderabad, Telangana. He was born into a family of artists, deep rooted in theater. Born as the son of iconic theatre persona Qadir Ali Baig, he too follows his father’s footsteps and has earned recognition of his own. His mother Begum Razia Baig currently serves as the Chairperson of the Qadir Ali Baig Theatre Foundation, founded by him in the memory of his father.
At a younger age, he started off as an assistant in ad film making world, and currently he is an established personality of this field as well. Baig has produced and directed over 400 advertising and corporate films for several leading brands of the country. He also has shot short films, and social documentaries for different TV channels, India and abroad. He is a seasonal film actor too. He was most recently seen in 2017 award winning Tamil film, Aruvi, playing the supporting role of DGP Mohammad Shakeel Waqaab.
