Mana Shetty Biography

Mana Shetty is a business executive who is the creative director of R House Furnishing Solutions Pvt. Ltd and also serves as the director of S2 Realty Developers Pvt. Ltd. She is married to famous film star Suniel Shetty, and their daughter Athiya Shetty is to debut big screen with 2014 movie, Hero, where she plays lead role opposite Sooraj Pancholi. She married Suniel Shetty in the year 1991. Apart from a Fashion designer, she is also known as a social worker who currently serves as the trustee of Save The Children India and also works behind Araaish, a fund raising exhibition started in 2007. In January 2013, she opened a home décor store in Worli, Mumbai.

Her real name is Monisha Kadri born to a reputed architect of Mumbai, Iftikhar Mustafahasan Kadri in 1965. Her mother is a social worker. Her father is a Gujarati, while her mother a Punjabi. She has two siblings, one brother and one sister. She is a multi-faceted woman, though earlier known as wife of Suniel Shetty, now has carved an identity of her own. She is known as a philanthropist, entrepreneur and a successful interior designer and business woman. She gets full support and encouragement from her husband and Sunil appreciates his wife’s creativity as well.

She met Suniel Shetty when she was 17 years old and they fell in love for each other. They got married after long 9 years of dating. They got married only after she was accepted to his family. Now the couple is happily married to 23 years and has two kids. After her mother’s death in 2007, the responsibility of the NGO ‘Save the Children India’ is on the shoulders of her and her two siblings.
