M. S. Narayana Biography 
M. S. Narayana is one of the well-established comedians of Telugu cinema. His body language, facial expressions and perfect comedy timing are his positive traits. He has a unique talent to deliver dialogues that make everyone laugh. He received Nandi Award for Best Male Comedian five times for the movies - 'Maa Nanna ki Pelli', 'Ramsakkanodu', 'Sardukupodam Randi', 'Shivamani' and 'Dookudu'. Only a few people know that before starting his career as an actor, he was a screenwriter who scripted 8 films and his big dream was to be known as a versatile writer of Telugu cinema. But now he is one of the top comedians of the industry.
He was born in 1951 in Nidamarru of Andhra Pradesh as the son of Mailavarapu Bapi Raju and Venkata Subbamma. He is married to M. V. Kala Prapoorna and the couple has 2 kids. He marked his career as a director, launching his son Vikram. The movie was Koduku, which was a failure. He has also directed one more comedy movie – Bhajantrilu in 2007 with comedy actors Sivaji and Ali in leading roles. The movie too was a commercial failure. After that he fully concentrated on to acting. He is to launch his daughter Sasikiran very soon, for the official remake of Malayalam blockbuster – Thattathin marayathu.
Narayana recollects that he got his first remuneration from Megastar Chiranjeevi. His entry to films as a comedian was just destiny. He was a story writer who has already scripted 8 movies, when he was literally forced by a famous director to play a bit role in the film ‘M. Dharmaraju M.A’. It was followed by Maa Naanuku Pelli which established his as a comedian. There was no turning back after that.
He died on 23 January 2015 due to multiple organ failure in Hyderabad.
