Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao Biography 
Kondavalasa Lakshmana Rao was a Telugu stage actor and film actor, best known for comic roles. he is best remembered for his dialogue - Aithe okey. Born on 10 August 1946 in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, he has performed in over 1000 stages, apart from several comic roles on screen. He passed away on 2nd Nov 2015 aged 69. He was getting treated for age-related illness at NIMS Hyderabad, and has been suffering from ailments for the past one and a half years.
One of the late entries to Tollywood, 2002 romantic comedy film "Avunu Valliddaru Ista Paddaru" marked his film debut. But he was quite active in theatre. He was spotted by Vamsy who gave this role. His debut film starred Ravi Teja and Kalyani in the leads and later Rao got his own identity in Tollywood in the short period he was associated with the field. 'Dongaramudu and Party', 'Simhadri', 'Sathyam', 'Evadi Gola Vadide', 'Kanchana Mala Cable TV', 'Rakhi' and 'Sainikudu’ are some of his most popular roles among the 70 characters he played onscreen. He worked in Vishakhapatnam Trust as an employee before he became a full time actor.
Lakshmana Rao has acted in more than 70 films in the one decade he spent in the industry and was active till 2012. Sri Vasavi Kanyaka Parameswari Charitra (2014) and 2015 movie - James Bond are his last releases. His dialogue Aithe okey from the film Avunu Valliddaru Ista Paddaru was an instant hit and helped him a lot to earn popularity. It was director Vamsy who gave this big break to his acting career. Avunu Valliddaru Ista Paddaru also marked his acting debut in films. There was no turning back after that.
