Indraneil Sengupta Biography 
Indraneil Sengupta is a model and actor who works in both Hindi and Bengali movies. He also works in television. He has acted in Bollywood movies like Satyagraha, Kahani, 1920 and Mumbai salsa. His debut movie was Shukriya: Till Death Do Us Apart released in 2004. His Bengali movies include – Chorabali, Dashami, Goyenda Gogol, Mishor Rohoshyo, Angshumaner Chhobi, Arundathi, System, Uro Chithi, Autograph, Teen pathi, Janala, Bedini, Jodi Ekdin, Arekti Premer Golpo and Aparajita Tumi. He is married to Bengali actress, Barkha Bisht Sengupta. Together they have worked in television soaps, Doli Saja Ke and Pyaar ke do naam...Ek Radha Ek Shyaam and they got married in the year 2007. The couple has a daughter. He has appeared in popular Hindi music videos like Chamak cham cham of Yesudas and Pal pal teri yaad of Phalguni Pathak.
Indraneil Sengupta was born in Assam on September 8, 1974. He was raised in Ahmedabad. Indraneil Sengupta was a finalist of the 1999 Gladrags Manhunt Contest. Next year, he moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in modelling. He has worked with fashion designers like Rohit Bal and choreographers like Marc Robinson and Achala Sachdev during this time and has also appeared in a few television commercials. Same year (2000), he appeared in two popular Hindi music videos - Chamak cham cham of Yesudas and Pal pal teri yaad of Phalguni Pathak. He has also appeared in popular videos of Jagjit Singh and Asha Bhosle. Same year he made his television debut through Pyaar ke do naam...Ek Radha Ek Shyaam for Star Plus.
His debut Bollywood movie was Shukriya: Till Death Do Us Apart released in 2004. He received appreciation for the first time through the horror movie, 1920 released in 2008 where he played the role of a British Indian army man, named Mohan Kanta. Then he became a part of Bollywood industry.
