Himanshi Khurana Biography

Himanshi Khurana is a successful model and actress from Punjab. She gained attention for the first time through her supporting role in the Punjabi film - Sadda Haq, released in 2013, which starred Kuljinder Singh Sidhu and Dhriti Saharan in pivot roles. She has also appeared in several Punjabi music videos like Soch of Hardy Sandhu, Taara of Ammy Virk, Insomnia of Sippy Gill, Thokda Reha , Laden etc. She is to play female lead in ‘2 Bol’ - film, directed and written by Sahib Singh. Sonpreet Jawanda plays the male lead. She bagged this role after her fantastic performance in Sadda Haq.

She was born in 1991 in Kiratpur Sahib, Punjab. She has two younger brothers. She had stints towards acting and modelling since her younger days. She is highly motivated by her mother. Himanshi completed her studies in Ludhiana. She participated in Miss Ludhiana competition organized by Nritya Academy when she was only 16. She participated in the Miss PTC Punjabi in 2010, where she became one among the finalists. She shot to fame after winning Miss North Zone contest, which bagged her a few films as well as popular music videos.

She has endorsed several brands and appeared in ads of - Pepsi, Ayur, Nestle and Geetanjali Jewellers etc. She bagged her first Bollywood film in 2012, Jeet Lenge Jahan where she was seen in a negative role. She was featured in the music album - Soch by Hardy Sandhu, which was one of the chartbuster hits of the year. Jassi Gill, Ammy Virk, J Star, Badshah and Sippy Gill are among those renowned artists with whom she worked with.
