Harshit Verma is an Indian Sportsman participating in the game of cricket. A technically correct batsman and wicket-keeper, Harshit Verma rose through the junior cricket ranks in Uttarpradesh. He played for U14, U17 teams. He started playing cricket at a younger age. In 2012, he was selected for the Men’s Under 17 Cricket Tournament at Malaysia.
His full name is Harshit Kumar Verma. His father’s name is Prem Chand Verma and his mother’s name is Roopa Verma. He has one brother named Priyash Verma. He got training at the LDA Sports Club, Lucknow. He studied at Nirmala Convent School. He is an ardent fan of Sachin Tendulkar. He met Snehal Pradhan (Indian women's national cricket team player) and Dilip Vengsarkar (Former India Captain & BCCI Chairman of Selectors) in 2014 at Pune and got some valuable tips from them. Later in 2016, he made his international appearance in a T-20 series against Nepal.
