Aryaman Birla Biography

Aryaman Birla is an Indian cricketer from Mumbai who is associated with domestic cricket as well as IPL. He plays domestic cricket with Madhya Pradesh and IPL with Rajasthan Royals since 2018. He marked his debut in FC in 2017 Ranji Trophy, and scored a half century in second match against Tamil Nadu, and century atin third match against Odisha. His double century and 10 wickets in U-13 match of MP with Chattisgarh earned him a place in Rajasthan Royals in 2018 IPL auction. In CK Naidu trophy, he took 795 runs in 6 matches, one of the most successful season of his career.


Aryaman Birla was born into the famous Birla industrialist family as a member of 6th generation. He is the son of business typhoon Kumar Mangalam Birla, who currently serves as the Chairman of Aditya Birla Group. He has two sisters of whom, his elder sister Ananya Birla has already made a mark in independent music. Most of her singles are released worldwide and has a huge fan following crowd at a very young age. Both the siblings dared to choose a different field, far away from centuries-old family legacy.


Aryaman has always lived a simple life, and wants to create a separate identity without the aid of huge family legacy. To pursue a career in cricket, he shifted to a small town of MP, where he groomed as a cricketer. He also preferred to lead a simple life to pursue his dreams. He made his first-class debut for Madhya Pradesh in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy on 25 November 2017. Though he couldn’t make it big in his debut match against Odisha, he played well in the next two matches of the same season, scoring a half-century and century each in the next two matches. His century brought him to the attention of the media.
