Ester Noronha Biography

Ester Noronha is an upcoming actress of south Indian cinema. 1000 Abaddalu and Bheemavaram Bullodu are her noted south Indian movies (Telugu) where she played female lead. Earlier she has acted in Bollywood movie - Qayamat Hi Qayamat in 2012 and Mr. Money before stepping into Tollywood.

She was born in Bahrain to Janet and Valerian Noronha. She is a trained classical dancer, singer and musician who started her stage performances at the age of 9. She was good in her studies as well and dreamt to give Civil Service Exams. Acting just happened to her. She was preparing for civil services when she first got the offer. Once famous choreographer Saroj Khan happened to watch one of her shows and she insisted to take her to Mumbai and continue with Kathak. She also asked her to join Bollywood. She joined Anupam Kher acting school in Mumbai and got her first film offer in 2012. She made her film debut in a double role through Qayamat Hi Qayamat. She played a simple middle class Rajasthani girl called ‘Radha’ and a rich Gujarati girl called ‘Rani’ for the movie. She was casted opposite Saagar. The movie went unnoticed.

Her second Bollywood release was ‘Mr Money’ directed by Rikshit Matta, wher she played a rich Punjabi girl opposite Krushna Abhishek. The movie too went unnoticed and she shifted to south Indian movies. It was Teja who introduced her to Telugu cinema. A trained classical dancer and singer, she has done many shows in India and abroad and has also released one album in her name. Now she has postponed her civil services exams for a short period and prefers to complete post-graduation in political science. Her main focus is on Telugu movies right now.
