Charle Biography 
Charle is an Indian film actor who appears in comedy roles. He was born in Kovilpatti in Tamil Nadu. He acting career began in 1982 and his film career spans over two decades with more than 550 films to his credit.
He got his graduation from G.V.N. College at Kovilpatti. He used to imitate the popular actors during his college times. After completing his under graduation, he completed his M.A. from Madurai Kamaraj University and M.Phil from Karaikudi Alagappa University. His M.Phil dissertation was titled Contributions of Comedians in the Growth of Tamil Cinema – 1937 to 1967.
He started his career as a staff artist in the song and drama division of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. In a time period of six years he has performed more than 1000 dramas. His debut movie was Poikal Kuthirai in the year 1982, directed by K. Balachandar. Since then he has performed in many films both in comedy roles and character roles.
His memorable portrayals were in the films like Mounam Sammadham, Friends, Anniyan and Nanba. In most of his films he was given the role of the friend of the hero. He is an ardent devotee of Pondicherry mother. His dream is to play the character of Bharatiyar. His wife’s name is Annie and they have two sons.
