Bilal Saeed Biography

Bilal Saeed is a Pakistani singer, who works in Bollywood too. He is the only Pakistani to get nominated for PTC Punjabi Music Awards and Brit Asia Awards. He has also received many nominations from Indian musical scene. Bilal has rendered his voice for some of the chartbuster songs of Bollywood movies such as Heropanti, Baazaar etc. His most recent song, La La La for Saif Ali Khan starrer Baazaar was an instant hit. He sang the song aside Neha Kakkar.

Bilal Saeed was born in Sialkot, Pakistan on 12 December 1988. Currently he resides in Lahore. He married Gia Bilal in 2009 and they have one son. He began his career as a music composer and writer, and earned popularity in the field of music within a short interval of time. He marked his debut with the single "12 Saal" in 2011, and the song became an instant chartbuster. "Mahi Mahi" and debut album "Twelve" were released the following year, and its success cemented his position in music world. The album was nominated at PTC Punjabi Music Awards and a few more award functions, and featured many leading singers. "Khair Mangdi" from the album was nominated as Song of the Year at 13th Lux Style Awards.

As a playback singer he marked his debut with Punjabi film, Daddy Cool Munde Fool in 2013. He recorded two songs - "Tauba Tauba" and "Rattan Chitian" for the movie. His single "Lethal Combination" released in 2014 topped BBC Asian Charts. He made his Bollywood debut by composing soundtrack of the film Ishqedarriyaan in 2015. After that he has been regular with Pakistani and Indian movie scene. Zindagi Kitni Haseen Hay is his debut in Pakistani cinema as a composer.
