Baby Sathanya is a popular child artist associated with Tamil cinema and television. Her full name is Sathanya Vijayasundar, and is credited on screen as Baby Sathanya. This child artist is immensely popular through the film and television roles and numerous ads in which she appeared. She started her acting and modelling career at the age of 5 and has a handful of projects to her credit. Baby, Trisha Illana Nayanthara, Veera Sivaji, Veera Sivaji, Chennaiyil Oru Naal 2, Kaathadi and 6 Athiyayam are her film roles. She was awarded "Best Actor" for the short Film "Kolors" and also "Chutti Princess" by Chutti TV.

Baby Sathanya was born on July 7, 2007 as Sathanya Vijayasundar in Chennai. She was born on an interesting date – 07-07-07. She appeared in ads for the first time at the age of 5, and later appeared in movies and television shows exclusively in Tamil. She dubbed for the Tamil version of the English movie “Baby Geniuses”. She became a familiar face to Tamil TV audience when she started appearing regularly for different kids’ shows for Tamil kids channel Chutti TV. She signed her first feature film in the year 2013, and the movie ‘Baby’ got released two years later. Since then she started appearing on big screen.

She played younger version of Ramya in 2015 film Trisha Illana Nayanthara. In 2018 she was seen in two films – Kaathadi and 6 Athiyayam. She acted in three short films of which her role in Kolors remains memorable. She also appeared in the short films, Yaanum Neeyum and Paavai. Though known to be a popular TV and film actor, she wants to direct movies in distant future. Veera Sivaji is her upcoming flick and she has completed her shooting schedule.
