Aziz Naser Biography
Aziz Naser is a south Indian actor writer and director who makes Hyderabadi cinema in Deccani language. He shot to fame after his directorial debut, The Angrez made in 2005 using a bunch of newcomers. He repeated success with his second flick, Hyderabad Nawabs, a comedy the following year, and both the films were critically well acclaimed. Hungama in Dubai, Jyothi Lakshmi, 127B, Killing Veerappan etc are a few more. He also plays lead role in most the films scripted and directed by him. He also works as a voice actor for his movies, when Bollywood actors become a part of his projects. He is also a mimicry artist known for mimicking some Bollywood actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Nana Patekar, Raza Murad, Dharamendra, Prem Chopra etc.
Aziz Naser’s real name is Aziz Janbaz. He was born in Hyderabad on 23 December 1980. He has one brother named Zeeshan Janbaz. Till now he has directed 16 films in Deccani, 11 in Hindi and one each in Telugu and Marathi. He made his Marathi debut in 2016 with the movie, Stepney-Tumchaakde aahe ka..? He played the lead role, scripted and directed the movie as well. He has also done many hilarious comic scenes as an actor.
He rose to prominence for his performance in the highly popular Hyderabadi comedy movie - Hyderabad Nawabs (2006). Some of his noted films as a director include - FM - Fun Aur Masti (2007), Gullu Dada Returns: No Compromise, Only Fight (2010), Siyaah (2012), Jyothi Lakshmi (2015), Killing Veerappan (2016), Gullu Dada 3 (2013), Shaadi Express (2017), Stepney - Tumchaakde Aahe Ka (2016), Stepney - Everyone Needs One (2014) and Inspector Gullu (2018).
