Ayesha Dutt is a former Bollywood actress and film producer. She is the wife of Bollywood actor, Jackie Shroff and mother of popular actor Tiger Shroff and Krishna Shroff. As an actress her career was short. She acted in a single film throughout her career. She played female lead in Teri Baahon Mein, released in 1984. Mohnish Bahl played the male lead in this movie, which told the story of stranded travellers in an island.

She was born on 5 June 1960 in West Bengal. Her father, Ranjan Dutt was an air vice marshal in the Indian Air Force. Her mother Claude Marie Dutt De Cavey is a Belgian. Ayesha started her professional career through modelling, and has contested as the Miss Young World contest at Manila in the 1980s. She got selected as the most popular girl at the beauty pageant by her fellow contestants. Her modelling career landed her into lead role in Bollywood film, Teri Baahon Mein opposite Mohnish Behl in 1984.

She dated Jackie Shroff for many years in the 1980s. After marrying him, who was a very popular star at the time of their marriage in 1987, she settled with her family life. The couple are blessed with two children. Their son Tiger Shroff is a very popular actor, while their daughter Krishna Shroff is quite popular in social media handles. There are speculations that she would join film industry soon.

Ayesha Dutt has now turned a film producer. Boom (2003), Grahan (2001), Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hain (2000) and Bombil and Beatrice (2007) are the movies produced by home production. As a film producer her career was not so successful and the family faced huge financial loss after films like Grahan and Boom bombed at box office.
