Aswathi Menon Biography 
Aswathi Menon is a Malayalam actress best known for playing lead role in year 2000 film Sathyam Sivam Sundaram. It was her debut flick, where she was paired with youth sensation Kunchakko Boban. Though the film was not a commercial success, her role and songs like ‘Walking In The Moonlight’ got immensely popular. After appearing in three more films, all released in year 2002, she disappeared from Malayalam screen. She made her comeback with 2017 film, Role Models, and currently playing supporting and mother kind of roles. Her role as Rajisha Vijayan’s mother in 2019 release June is her most memorable role of her career till now. She has also acted in a few short films after her comeback.
Aswathi Menon hails from Ernakulam, Kerala. Her younger days were spent in Dubai where she completed her schooling. For higher studies she moved to Kerala, and studied at St. Teresa's College and Sacred Heart College, Thevara. She got her break to Malayalam films through 2000 film Sathyam Sivam Sundaram, directed by Rafi Mecartin. The director also casted her in the Tamil version of Thenkasi Pattanam, and the movie was a box office hit. However she didn’t continue her career in Tamil films. After a couple of more releases in Malayalam, she took hiatus.
She also got married and settled with married life. She made her comeback through 2017 Malayalam flick, Role Models, co-staring Fahadh Fasil. She played the supporting role of Lucy in the film, which fared average at box office. She was later seen in a couple of short films, and also as a dubbing artist for Malayalam thriller, Joseph. June, Trance and Laughing Apartment Near Girinagar are other releases.
