Anil Radhakrishnan Menon Biography 
Anil Radhakrishnan Menon is a highly acclaimed movie maker of Malayalam who directed the movie - North 24 Kaatham (2013) which starred Fahadh Faasil, Nedumudi Venu and Swathi Reddy in the lead roles. His debut movie as a director won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Malayalam apart from Second Best Film in Kerala state awards. Fahadh Faasil received his first state award for best actor for this movie beating Suraj Venjaramoodu of Perariyathavar (National award for best actor) initiating many hot debates.
Anil’s latest release is Sapthamashree Thaskaraha – the story of 7 thieves which became a blockbuster in Kerala and still running in fully packed houses. Quite contradictory to his last release, Sapthamashree Thaskaraha is a commercial movie with many comedy flavours and a few twists. Anil scripted both the movies as well. Sapthamashree Thaskaraha received rave reviews from critics too. The movie also marked the successful debut of director Lijo Jose Pellissery in a pivot role and Anil too is to play a significant role in Lijo’s upcoming flick. He gave his own signature in this commercial movie.
He has worked in many places before he finally settled in Kerala. He is a resident of Ottapalam. Though he was born in this small town, only his vacations were spent here. He studied in 8 schools and 5 colleges. He was associated with advertising and animation fields, and lived across the country. North 24 Kaatham marked his directorial debut and he wrote its scripts as well. The movie received National award for best regional film.
His second movie - Sapthamashree Thaskaraha was Onam release of 2014. This multi-star cast movie included a long list of Prithviraj Sukumaran, Reenu Mathews, Asif Ali, Nedumudi Venu, Chemban Vinod, Sanusha, Neeraj Madhav, Lijo Jose Pellissery and Sinjo Komban. The chemistry of Lijo Jose Pellissery and Chemban Vinod apart from the lovely performances of Sudheer Karamana and Neeraj Madhav are the highlights of the movie.
