Balaji Temple located in the east of Raipur was constructed in 1610 AD. It was established by Shri Balbhadra Dasji and Shir Bhosleji. The beauty of the temple with extraordinary pictures on the walls is worth mentioning. These pictures portray the life of Lord Rama. The Shaligrams are placed near Lord Balaji and they are considered to be the symbol of Lord Vishnu.
