Sundarnarayan Temple is located at the corner of the Ahilyabai Holkar Bridge. It was built in 1756 by Gangadhar Yashwant Chandrachd. There are two mandaps in this east facing temple and has ornamental cordons. The fine designs are carved on the stones of the temple. There is a pond named Badarika Sangam Pond leading to the Godavari River. The notable feature of this temple is that it is built in such a way that the rays of the sun fall exactly on the idols on 21st March of every year.
