Chambharlena Caves is a part of the holy place of Jains known as Teerthraja Gajpantha. It is situated on the hillock of 400 feet in height and was built by the Chamaraj King of Mysore in 600 BC. This is a nice picnic spot that is noted for its tranquil atmosphere and has a good ambience for meditation.
