Dhamma Chakra Stupa is also called Diksha Bhumi. It is one of the important Buddhist monuments and it was at this place that thousands of Dalits were converted to Buddhism in the year 1956 by Dr B. R. Ambedkar. The day is celebrated as Ashok Vijaya Dashmi and floral tributes are offered here. The stupa is noted for its architectural beauty and it can accommodate more than 5000 people at a time. It is built of Dhaulpur sandstones, granites and marbles and the dome is an imposing structure standing to a height of about 120 feet.
