Suru Valley is drained by the Suru River and is one of the tributaries of Indus River. This is a beautiful valley noted for its scenic beauty and elegance and most part of it is uninhabited. There are only tiny settlements in certain areas. The limited tourist activities are seen in this valley. The Tangole village here is the starting point of mountaineering expeditions. The willow plantations and poplar trees make it an area of lush vegetation and attractive to the eyes.
