Periyar Science and Technology Center has many exhibits in various areas of science such as physical science, electronics, energy, life science, innovation, dolls, transport, children and materials science. It has a gallery dedicated to Thanthai Periyar where the life size portraits and quotes are visible.

The children’s gallery educates children about the basic principles of science such as light and sound, energy, electricity, gravitational force and motion, etc. The working models of the road transport, railway engines, ships, submarines and aeroplanes are placed there. The complex principles like DNA, Ohms law, optical fiber communication are exhibited through simple equipments.
