Yukti Kapoor Biography

Yukti Kapoor is a noted actress associated with Hindi television and Bollywood movies. Currently she plays the female lead in &TV show, Agniphera since 2017. The show has earned her popularity among TV viewers. She was first seen in Bollywood movie, Uvva in 2015, which included an ensemble star cast of several young actors who marked their film debut with this film. She essayed Roshni in the movie. In 2010 she marked her television debut with Nani Si Kali Meri Ladli, and has been a part of the television shows, Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Siya Ka Ram, Balika Vadhu and Agnifera.

 

Yukti Kapoor hails from Jaipur, Rajasthan. She was born in the year 1992. 18th May is her birthday. She was first seen in 2010 Doordarshan show, Nani Si Kali Meri Ladli playing the role of Guddi. After doing cameo appearances in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, she bagged her first meaty role through Siya Ke Ram.

 

Yukto replaced Jayshree Soni for the show, Balika Vadhu in 2016 when the show had a leap of a few years. When it was shown a generation leap, Jayshree Soni, who was supposed to play antogonist walked out of the show due to her prior work commitments. Yukti was playing the significant role of Urmila in mythological series "Siya Ke Ram" when she accepted this role.

 

She currently plays the female lead in &TV show, Agniphera since 2017. The show has aired more than 300 episodes till now, and is a hit. She is paired with Ankit Gera for this series, and they play husband and wife. Rehaan Roy, Shakti Singh, Sunil Singh and Simran Kaur too form a part of the show. Her role in Siya Ke Ram has helped her to bag her first lead role of her television career.
