Tejashri Pradhan is a Marathi film and television actress. She played the role of Janhvi in 2013 – Marathi Serial on Zee Marathi, Honaar Suun Mee Hyaa Gharchi. This serial captured audience’s attention especially house wives’ and its leading pair Shashank Ketkar and Tejashri Pradhan became popular onscreen indeed. In February 2014, the leading pair tied the knot. She also appeared in Lek Ladki Ya Gharchi, aired on ETV Marathi. Pradhan started her acting career through films and later shifted to small screen through which she became a household name. She appeared in Marathi movies like Zenda, Chitra, Sharyat, Uday, Dr. Prakash baba Amte and Lagna Pahave Karun. She is one among those rare actresses who is active in both Television and film industry at the same time.

She was born on 2 June 1988 in Maharashtra and currently she resides in Mumbai. She completed her school education from Chandrakant Patkar Vidyalaya, Dombivli. She carries both her film and television career and most recently she has entered theater field as well. She was selected for the lead role in Kumar Sohni's 'Fakta Tujhi Saath Haviy' and the play was crowd pulling. In this play she did the central character of a young girl Chhaya Prabhu, who has completed graduation and faces this competitive world. Despite being a newcomer to the world of theater, her role was well appreciated. This single role earned her fame and recognition as well.

She plays the lead role in Marathi serial 'Lek Ladaki Ya Gharchi' on ETV, which has completed 650 episodes now. When the marriage ceremony was shot with her co-star Shashank Ketkar, her parents too attended it and rumours were spread that both families were fixing the marriage at this occasion. But Tejashri denied the news that relationship happened much later.
