Tarsame Singh Saini Biography

Tarsame Singh Saini is a successful pop singer based on UK, but Indian ascent. He has sung a few Bollywood songs and acted in a movie as well. As a Bollywood playback singer, his popular tracks are Daroo Vich Pyar of 2001 movie, Tum Bin and It’s magic of 2003 Hrithik movie, Koi Mil gaya. He was featured in his debut Bollywood song, Daroo Vich Pyar. Mujhpe To Jadoo of Race, Mr. Bhatti on Chutti, Diary Of A Butterfly and It's a Wonderful Afterlife are other noted songs.  In 2007 he acted in one movie, Don't Stop Dreaming which starred Rishi Kapoor and Sunil Shetty in lead roles. For his debut movie, he composed music and sang a few songs as well. "Slave II Fusion", released in 2000 is his most popular album up to date. Formerly he was known as Johnny Zee. He won "Best International Artist" at the UK Asian Music Awards for the year 2005.

 

Tarsame Singh Saini is also known by the name Taz Stereo Nation. He was born on 23rd May, 1967 in West Midlands, United Kingdom. Since childhood days he was drawn towards western music and dreamt to become a professional singer. It was his desire to do something new and later he became the ultimate pioneer of cross-cultural Asian Fusion Music. He made his singing debut in 1989 with the album 'Hit the Deck' which remained 35 weeks at top position on the UK Asian pop charts.

 

Later he produced many albums throughout 1990’s and 2000’s which went on to become huge successes. His top songs "Pyar Ho Gaya", "Nachenge Saari Raat", and "Gallan Gorian" are included in the album, "Slave II Fusion". Its music videos were quite popular in India as well and featured top models and actors, Koena Mitra and Shiny Ahuja.
