Tanvi Thakkar Biography

Tanvi Thakkar is a well-known Indian television actress, who acts in Hindi soaps since 2008. One of the busy actors of television at present, she acted in some of the popular shows like Pavitra Rishta, Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Hum Ne Li Hai- Shapath, Desh Ki Beti Nandini, Palampur Express, Sarvggun Sampanna, Saas Bina Sasural, Pavitra Rishta, Savitri, Humsafars etc in the recent times. She was most recently seen in an episode of Darr Sabko Lagta Hai in 2015. On 24 December 2013 she got engaged to her co-star, Aditya Kapadia, from Ek Doosre Se Karte Hain Pyaar Hum.

Tanvi Thakkar was born in 1985. She was featured aside Akshay Sethi and Sheena Bajaj in the Valentine's week of Savdhan India, where she essayed the role of Sheena's cousin sister, and both love the same man. She portrayed an obsessed lover in the show. She played the parallel lead Divya Siddharth Pandey in the popular show on Sony TV, Desh Ki Beti Nandini. The show also featured Rafi Malik as Rajveer Raghuvanshi. She replaced Swetha for the show - Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon on Colors Television produced by Abhinav Shukla’s Nautanki Films. She essayed the character Sweety for the show.

She was added to the show - Savitri known for its unique concept, where TRP ratings of the show fell down sharply. She was introduced as Savitri's best friend, Poorva through the series. She essayed Riya in Saas Bina Sasural and Maya in Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani. Though she was seen in smiling face for most of the shows, she acted with glycerin for most of the episodes of Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani. Ishika in Miley Jab Hum Tum on Star One was her debut role.
