Sid Sriram Biography 
Sid Sriram is a singer and music producer associated with Tamil, Telugu and Hindi film industries. He is an Indian-American music producer who also pens songs. His collaboration with Bharata Natyam dancer, Pallavi Sriram has delivered many successful projects. He owns many chartbuster hits in Telugu and Tamil movies in the recent times.
As a playback singer of Tamil films, he is best known for his association with legendary composer, A. R. Rahman who gave him the major hits of his career. His chartbuster hits with Rahman include - "Adiye" from Kadal which bagged him Filmfare best playback singer award, "Ennodu Nee Irunthaal" from I (2015), "Thalli Pogathey" from Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada and most recently, "Raajali" from 2.0. "Adiga Adiga" from Telugu movie "Ninnu Kori" is yet another chartbuster hit. "Maru Vaarthai Pesathe" from "Enai Noki Paayum Thota" also needs mention.
Sid Sriram was born on 19 May 1990 in Chennai. When he was one year old, his family shifted to San Francisco. His mother is a Carnatic musician and music teacher who nurtured young Sid also. He grew interest in music since young. He also learned the very popular Rhythm and Blues. After schooling he joined Berklee College of Music and graduated in Music Production and Engineering. Since the completion of the course, he regularly visited India giving live music concerts. Now also he is active in music in both the circles – Chennai and Los Angeles.
He marked his playback singing debut in the year 2012 with the movie, Kadal. Rahman gave him the big break he was waiting for. Apart from doing films, he has also released independent albums and singles. He has been working on "Insomniac Season" with DJ Khalil, and released the singles - Moments of Weakness, Brother, Danger Design etc.
