Shabbir Ahmed Biography 
Shabbir Ahmed is a noted lyricist associated with Bollywood who shot to fame after penning the lyrics of the top song of 2012 – Teri Meri of Bodyguard. Quite lucky with Salman Khan Movies he regards Salman Khan as his godfather and has written lyrics for his movies – Garv, Wanted, Partner, Kick, God Tussi Great Ho, Bodyguard etc. A few more noted Bollywood movies of Shabbir include - Kismat Konnection, Apna Sapna Money Mone, Damadamm, Loot, Jodi Breakers, OMG: Oh My God, Bol Bachchan, Hum Shakals, Kaal, Khiladi 786, Shortcut Romeo, The Xpose, Singham Returns, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon, and the most recent Tera Suroor. He is also frequently associated with Himesh Reshammiya.
Shabbir Ahmed is born in Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh. His younger days were completed in his hometown where he completed his education. He married Shumaila in 2014 and a grand reception was organized after the wedding attended by many celebrities of Bollywood. Shabbir made his debut with Salman Khan’s movie Garv – in 2004. Though spent almost one decade in the industry, his big break was Bodyguard and its romantic track – Teri Meri. So Ahmed credits his success in Bollywood to Salman Khan. “Jumme ki raat” is another popular song written by Shabbir for Salman Khan starrer Kick.
A few more popular catchy numbers written by Shabbir include - “20 20” from “Welcome Back”, “Chaar shanivaar” from “All Is Well”, “Pinky” from “Zanjeer” etc. He penned lyrics of the movie Teraa Surroor most recently. Its songs are already chartbusters. He wrote the song - "Teri Yaad" for the movie. Commercial sci-fi comedy “Mangal Ho” is his upcoming flick, where he is to experiment with a new zone of writing.
