Sainoj Biography 
Sainoj was an Indian playback singer who had a brief career in Malayalam film industry. He hailed from Piravom in the Ernakulam District. He recorded only a few songs for Malayalam movies, before he passed away in 2009, aged only 32. He died of leukemia, and was a bachelor. He recorded the songs - Kannane thedunna from War and Love (2003), Nee Kulir from Subadram (2007), Meghalalo from John Appa Rao 40 plus (2008), Thamarapookalum from Orkkuka Vallappozhum (2009) and Enikku paadaaanoru from Ivar Vivahitharayal (2009).
Sainoj was born on 21 February 1977 in Piravom, Eranakulam District, Kerala. He studied music at Chittur Government College, where he completed both graduation and Master’s in music. He topped in competitions in light music and ghazals at All India Akashvani music competition and also won a Central Government scholarship for Carnatic music. While studying at Calicut University, he completed hat-trick in Kalaprathibha title. He excelled in Carnatic music and light music competitions during his college days, and won prizes for these competitions. He was spotted after winning the multi-round reality show 'Gandharvasangeetham’ on Kairali TV.
He got his first break to films through War and Love (2003) directed by Vinayan. He sang the semi-classical 'Kanna thedunna...' song. Among all the songs, Enikku paadaaanoru from Ivar Vivahitharayal (2009) is his most popular song. His last song was recorded for the movie, Chemistry (2009).
32-two-year-old Sainoj was admitted to the hospital on November 20, 2009 after he was diagnosed with leukemia. He died soon. The singer had been under treatment for blood cancer for a long time. A bachelor, Sainoj is survived by his parents, brother and sister. He also recorded one Telugu song in his brief career.
