Rohit Purohit is a success television actor associated with Hindi entertainment industry since 2009. His role as male protagonist Suraj Purohit in Sanskaar Laxmi in Zee TV made him a star of small screen. Currently he plays the lead role of Malik Iktiyar-ud-din Mirza Altuni in Razia Sultan since 2015, and this series made him one of popular heroes on mini screen. Adaalat, Kya Mast Hai Life, Ishq Kills, Encounter, Arjun, Chandragupta Maurya, Hum Ne Li Hai- Shapath and Aise Karo Naa Vidaa are a few more roles he played on mini screen over the past 7 years. This noted actor is known for his natural green eyes, and the actor feels that his eyes are his best assets.
He played the character of Karan in Arjun. He played a stylish boy in this series. Rohit Purohit was suddenly dropped from Sanskaar Laxmi and added actor Shakti Arora.
