Rafaqat Ali Khan Biography 
Rafaqat Ali Khan is a Pakistani singer, who works in Bollywood also. He has delivered a few memorable and chartbuster hit songs for Bollywood movies such as Krrish, Dhokha, Awarapan and Youngistaan. He marked his Bollywood debut with chartbuster duet aside Alka Yagnik for Hrithik Roshan starrer, Krrish released in 2006. The song Main Hoon Woh Aasman was an instant chartbuster. Later he rendered his voice for Bollywood hits such as Maula Maula of Awarapan, Quawali song - Daata Di Diwani of Youngistaan etc. He is the cousin of Shafqat Ali Khan, famous Hindustani vocalist.
Rafaqat Ali Khan was born into a Pakistani family in Lahore with music lineage. His family follows Sham Chaurasia Gharana for many generations, with his father, uncles and cousins associated with it. His cousins Shafqat Ali Khan, Shujat Ali Khan and Latafat Ali Khan, his father Nazakat Ali Khan and his uncle Salamat Ali Khan are all established names in the field of Hindustani music, belonging to Sham Chaurasia Gharana. Rafaqat started his music training at a very young age and was trained by his father and uncle. Along with members of his musical family, he appeared in TV and radio shows and live concerts since young. Later he graduated in MA Musicology from University of Punjab.
He has performed in many foreign countries and his 2009 tour of USA was most successful. He performed in 16 US states during this trip. He is the first Pakistani singer ever to perform at the opera house in Oslo for 3 days. In 2016 Khan marked his Coke Studio debut as a featured artist along with the team Pal of Shiraz Uppal. Apart from Hindustani and qawwali singing styles, he has also performed in ghazal, pop and rock music.
