Preet Harpal Biography 
Preet Harpal is a noted Punjabi singer and actor of present times. Started his career in the late 1990s, he is a successful name in the field of Punjabi entertainment industry. In 2010, he made his acting debut through Punjabi film, Akh Labdi where he played male lead opposite Neeru Bajwa. Black Suit, Waqt, Band Botle, Att Goriye, Garlic Boliyan, Jaag Dhe Reehnah, Mela, Goodbye etc are some of his noted singles in the recent times. Some of the leading Punjabi singers like Hard Kaur have been featured in his singles throughout the years. Music of his 2009 album, Lock Up was composed by Honey Singh and the song gave him the major breakthrough. In 2012, he made his acting debut through the film, Sirphire in the lead role. He shared screen space with Roshan Prince, Monica Bedi, Priyanshu Chatterjee, Karamjit Anmol and Gurleen Chopra for this film.
He was born in Gurdaspur, Punjab. He started his career as a singer in Pollywood (Punjabi cinema). ‘Hasle Varine Hasle’ in 1999 was his first private album. Though the album was only average, Harpal’s work got noticed. After staying in the Punjabi entertainment industry for one decade, he received his major break through the song Lock Up composed by Honey Singh in 2009. There was no turning back after that and he became one of the leading Punjabi singers. His Punjabi single, ‘Att Goriye’ was also a super hit. His songs belong to Hip Hop and Pop genres and he also sings romantic songs. His main hobbies are golf and driving.
