Paras Singh Minhas Biography

Paras Singh Minhas is a popular actor associated with Hindi television. He got recognized for the first time playing playing negative character of Randeep in "Bani – Ishq Da Kalma" for Colors TV. After playing Devil Pratap in Janne Kya Hoga Rama Re on Life OK, he became immensely popular among TV viewers. He is a successful model who has appeared in a few TV ads, and also appeared in one Bollywood film - "Jeet Lengey Jahaan". Paras is a singer too.

He hails from Faridabad, Haryana. He was born into a Punjabi Sikh family to Sarabjit Singh Minhas and Kuldip Kaur. He completed graduation from Delhi University. He is deeply inspired by Bollywood actor Dharmendra. He started his professional career as a model and was first featured in the ad - “Cricketinfo”. Paras also did a few ramp shows before he started his acting career. He got a chance to showcase himself at Glad rags and became Mr. Indian International in 2009. He made his acting debut through 2011 film, "Jeet Lengey Jahaan" based on a true incident and was a story of three friends. The film was directed by Bisht. But the movie went unnoticed. Later Paras found success through television roles. He played notable supporting roles on small screen throughout the years.

"Bani – Ishq Da Kalma” was his first show on television. He gained success through the first show itself and Janne Kya Hoga Rama Re is his recent show. The show is currently aired on Life OK. He also appeared in episodic shows of CID, Aahat and Shaapit. Known as a singer as well, he hosted a musical show SA RE GA MA PA on ZEE Punjabi. He prefers to become a successful actor than a star.
